Free Ground Shipping
Enjoy free ground shipping on all orders over $49.99 within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C. at americanweighwholesale.com. This offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii and only applies to one shipping address per order. Additional charges apply for expedited or international shipping.
Returns
You may return any product within 10 days of delivery for a refund. All returns must be authorized in advance by contacting American Weigh Wholesale Customer Service at mail@awscales.com or (866) 643-3444 to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).
Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your RMA. Include your sales receipt, RMA number, and a contact phone number with your return. Returns without this information will be discarded after 60 days with no refund.
Refunds
Returned items must be in the exact condition they were received, with all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, a 30%–50% restocking fee may apply, or the return may be rejected entirely, at our discretion. No refunds will be issued if your account has an outstanding balance.
